Registering and Tracking Your Complaints With FESCO

You can register and track your complaints using the Continuous Compliance Management System (CCMS). Follow these steps to register a complaint:

  • Go to the CCMS website.
  • Choose the Register Complaint option.
  • Provide verification that you are a registered FESCO customer using your mobile number or reference number.
  • Once you submit the mobile or reference number, you can see your details if you’re a FESCO consumer.
  • Write your complaint in detail in the given section. Make sure you add everything about the issue you face
  • Now, click the “Register Complaint” button.
  • Once the complaint is registered, you can track it easily using the Tracking feature on the CCMS website.
  • Just enter your reference number, and you can see the status of your filed complaint.

Consumer will get a message regarding their complaint registration in 24 hours. Moreover, the complaint will be processed within 14 days.
